There were four responses to the query in the March issue (p. 21) about who does "midway-binding" nowadays, as defined by Hellmut Lebmaun-Haupt in 1967. The Editor promised then to pass on all names and addresses suggested. Gary Frost s response was published in the Letters section of the April issue.
