16 inch broadcast disks

I have approximately 1,000 16-inch broadcast disks from the late 1930s to
the 1950s that were, for the most part, produced here. Some have a white
crystal substance on them. They have been stored in an un-air-conditioned
space for since about the 1960s. What is the recommended transfer medium
for preservation? What would be the ballpark per-disk cost for transfer?
And do you know anyone who can do the work?
