Hi Jennifer--
A company called Polyline carries the slotless
reels (metal and plastic). Not sure about the boxes-- you mean those black
molded plastic boxes? You might check with Gerald Gibson at LC as he probably
knows. Possibly they are a 3M product only. Archives supplies vendors like
Gaylord and University Products carry acid free cardboard tape boxes (not
hinged), and Polyline offers white cardboard clamshell (hinged) boxes that are
probably not considered "archival."
Here is the contact info for Polyline:
Polyline Corporation
1401 Estes Ave.
Elk Grove, IL 60007-5405
1-800-701-7689
They can be of help over the phone probably or you
could just call and get a catalog. They carry all sorts of supplies for magnetic
media.
Hope all goes well, and good luck tracking down
what you need.
