Does anyone know if the article "Degradation de l'Enregistrement
Magnetique Audio" by Jean-Marc Fontaine has been translated into english?
(It was referred to in passing on page 47 of Steve Smolian's article,
"Preservation, deterioration and restoration of recording tape", ARSC
Journal, 1989, vol. 19, no. 2-3, pp.37-53). If so, where can I find it?
