arsclist 78rpm transfer to cd

I have discovered two 78rpm albums in the archive for which I work. 
I'd like to get them transferred to compact disc and hopefully get 
the records "cleaned up".  They are fairly old (one from 1955 and one 
older) and have quite a bit of dust on them.  I'd like the physical 
albums cleaned up and transferred, but I'd also like to see if the 
recording itself can be cleaned of some of the hissing and pops.

Does anyone do this kind of work?  And have any idea how much it 
might cost?  One album is around 17 minutes and the other is 
approximately 30.  I'd prefer someone closer to our location, but 
that's not a requirement.
