Pressing 78s would not be any different from other records, getting them
mastered would be the trick. I suspect in the absence of a 78 speed cutter,
they would need to slow the master tape down the appropriate % and cut at 45
rpm. Not that this would not have its own problems, like making the EQ
correct.
