Thanks for the details on materials...

I wasn't stating that arcing would be the problem, but the point with
silicones is there is so much we don't know about it.

I'm heading towards some pure graphite which is what was used in 8-tracks
and NAB cartridges.

I have used Molybdenum Disulfide powder,


That too, is a foreign particle and may have the same effects (in excess)
as graphite or Isopropynol.
