Monday, February 9 is the deadline to secure discounted Early
Registration Rates and guaranteed lodging at the conference hotel, for the
upcoming ARSC-SAM Conference.

The Association for Recorded Sound Collections (ARSC) and the Society for
American Music (SAM) invite you to join us in Cleveland, Ohio, from
Wednesday, March 10 through Sunday, March 14, to enjoy the remarkable set of
130 papers, presentations, panels, and performances, plus a number of
special events.

Single and double rooms are being held for conference attendees, at the
Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, until February 9.  If you had any trouble
reserving the kind of room you prefer, please call again: (800) 468-3571.
The Renaissance reservations staff will take your request, and a
confirmation will be sent to you, via e-mail or postal mail, within one week
after your call.  For any unresolved questions about lodging, please call
