actually, if saved in .pts format, there is no resource fork. PT is
now cross platform, completely.
as for data tape formats, it seems best --although probably too
expensive-- to store on 2 different formats, say LTO and AIT, on
different brands of media, and review each data tape every 3 years,
or at least a spot check of one tape from each Lot number...
