Last night I ran a test - using my dog, whose name is Zorro & ha allowed me
to cut one of his whiskers off.  I then took a New Zealand LP by a group
called "When The Cat's Been Spayed", and the recording I got from that was
purrfect.  So, I recommend using Zorro whiskers....you can purchase these
from me, 1 a year only.....first in, first served!

I can note that trying to give a cat a tonic may well be a lost battle,
unless you plan to medicate with cod liver oil! Also note that real
cats' whiskers, being minimal conductors, would NOT serve as the
cat's whisker in a crystal set.
