The address and numbers listed match the Radio Fana web info. The
International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives recently
made available Guidelines on the Production and Preservation of Digital
Audio Objects (see: http://www.iasa-web.org/tc04/index.htm ). You can
simply send this person the link, and if it is for real then he can
follow up.
