Curious how you find a specific disc - does it go in an envelope, or file folder, with info on it, or what?

We never print or mark our preservation CD-Rs (they happen to be MAM-E ProStudio Gold too) but make note of the disc's unique 'serial number' which is printed by the manufacturer at the disc's hub. Because this serial number is unique to the disc we use it as an identifier and use it in one of the cataloguing fields as well as accompanying documentation.
