Don't forget that with iTunes you also get DRM.  You can always resell or
trade a
used pre-packaged CD, or play your pre-packaged CD in any CD playing device
you
please.  Try reselling your iTunes songs to someone else, or playing them on
a
non-Apple player...

Many iTunes users don't realize that they are not buying songs, but they are
in
fact only buying the non-transferable right to play the song in limited
fashion.
