Our local library charges fity cents to hold a book even if ordered by the web. My favorite use is to walk in and browse the new books area, and when I find an author I like I wander down the alphabetical shelves to find more. I don't even know if they use the dewey system - it is by kind of book and author last name. Is that the decimal system or not? They have tags on them but I don't read them.

User friendly, in any case. But I'm not doing research.
