According to James Cozart at the LOC, they are undertaking a program of 
digitization  of the  paper print collectiion. This should
yield images of superior quality in comparison  to the images now
preserved.

The Edison paper prints have been available on the Library of Congress
web site for several years, as moving image files for download.
