Re: [ARSCLIST] flash recorders

Griffin Technology had a recorder add-on which I purchased for my daughter to record college lectures. However, it did not work with the Video iPod, the model she has. I see the Belkin one doesn't either. Too bad because it would have been perfect for her application.

There are some products that will convert an iPod into a voice recorder

and a video recorder (e.g.

Subject: [ARSCLIST] flash recorders

..."BTW2, what's the news on Apple? A recording iPod soon? Two cool
possibilites: 1) a "recorder pod" that is a cradle with a stereo mic, line input and record-control
buttons. Recorder would allow WAV or ALF or Apple MP4 formats. 2) a "DVR pod" that is a cradle that hooks
to a digital camera via firewire and allows 60 gigs of recording space for video."
