The whole text seemed to me like a rehash of "corporations are evil..."
which is a view usually held either by those on the left (like me) or
by "neo-populists," who simultaneously oppose both "the rich" (who are
using their power to oppress) and "the poor" (who either cost too much
to support or who insist on getting "uppity!")!

Sadly, the last few decades have seen the basis of society gradually
change from the actual "golden rule" to the "modern golden rule"...
"he who has the gold rules!"

And I'm not expecting things to change in the near future...
