Re: [ARSCLIST] A Record Price for a Record??
As is stated in the questions near the bottom of the ad, this is one of
at least 2 copies, the other having possibly made into the poor quality
bootleg that's floating around. I'm sure it would be a big headache to
get this slightly better copy released legally between Lou Reed being a
control freak about Velvet Underground releases and then the record
company and then having to deal with the Andy Warhol estate. I would
like to hear it though. Some of my favorite music is the rawer
garage/surf/blues version of a band before it made it big. I'll take
early Yardbirds over Led Zeppelin or The Moving Sidewalks over ZZ Top
any day, not to mention early Captain Beefhart.

it's also in very poor playing condition & others have made digital
copies.of this very disc.
I have my doubts about it being the only copy.
