They should take their rent-a-cops and look for talent instead. In the industry, how many old-school style A&R guys are there? Now, compare that to the effort to stop bootlegging. Yes, piracy is a problem. But going to the barrio to bust batos isn't going to accomplish anything--except get them killed--as Frank suggests.
