Since 0130 to-day, I have received only 13 78-L messages, and one single
ARSCLIST message; as well, 12 of those 13 78-L messages were received in
the first couple of hours of the day...!

Is to-day some sort of international phonorecord-collectors' holiday,
which would explain the dearth of traffic on the two lists? Or were
the messages on both 78-L and ARSCLIST mysteriously eaten by (digital?)
weasels?

One is significantly puzzled, one is...
