When putting the back 2x10x11.5 pieces in, be sure to invert the cabinet 
first so the back board width supports the shelf weight rather than adds to 
it: i.e, when right side up, it should be on the underside of the shelf and 
screwed to it  Otherwise the shelves may bow, given the weight limits the 
manufacturer states.

I drill the screw holes and wallboard screws to hold the 6 back pieces in.
