Who is pressing those current CDs bearing the Urania name ? Who owns their stuff ?

Recently I saw an e bay listing for a Urania release described as part
of a series drawn from
Westminster - a friend said they are poor sound quality (I *assume*
these are issued from
dubs of pressings (as public domain material under the 50year limit),
not licensed from
Universal and not from master tapes).
Does anyone know what is available in the Urania series?
