If it's microgroove, it's definitely not one of a kind since microgroove didn't 
exist till 1948. It'll be a dub from an original 1941 aircheck, most likely. 
And the Hanson Third with Koussy was issued in the late 40s (although recorded 
around 1940-41..too loud for the heavy arms in use at the time, probably).

Radio Recorders was the largest of the Hollywood studios in use doing 
airchecks, master recordings for smaller labels, etc.
