Think I'll go into head assembly mode soon so I can try these %$#@
quarter-track mono 3.75 in/s Shamrock 031 tapes in the fridge. I've
got one soaking there now.
I recall some of this stuff and/or Radio Shack SuperTape from the late
60s clogging heads and squealing when new.

period (early 80s) and all badly stored in cold and hot environments
and in a basement fruit cellar noted for dampness. And only ONE out
