Well, apparently the cover art was the work of Andy Warhol (or so the
sellers say...?!). The first copy, now sold, seems to have generated
quite a bidding wor, finally selling for $305...and it looks like
another dealer/seller saw that and decided to put a $375 minimum on
his(her/its) example...!
