You'd have to research this.

My guess would be the Pope Leo XIII cylinder and probably similar 
documentary items- Queen Victoris, Tolstoi, etc.

Bettini cylinders

Mapleson cylinders

Many Edisons the other way around- discs, tdubbed to cylinder.

Was the Brahms cylinder ever on commercial 78?

If you count dictation cylinders, probably more, among  religious figures.
