The music library universe has lost another of its luminaries - this message from former Norton publisher, Michael Ochs. ...

Our beloved Suki Sommer, former chief of the Music Division at the Lincoln Center library in New York, lost her lengthy battle against cancer an hour ago, under hospice care at her New York apartment. Over the past week, she said over and over how thrilled she was to have seen so many members of her MLA family in Newport, RI, last weekend. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
