Re: [ARSCLIST] huge record collection that didn't sell on eBay

I have seen several copies of that Rolling Stones promo Lp on eBay.They seem to run $900.00 to $1000.00 on a good day.He is off by ten years on the Berliner. These rarely sell above $150.There are always some up on eBay in the $20-50 range.Nobody wants his collection for several very obvious reasons :

*His asking price is too high.
*He will not break it up,and he has too much common junk.

He gives you the impression no one wants records.

This guy is a moron, who gets far too much attention than he deserves.

There was an item in Stereophile mag about this collection. Apparently this guy
was offered $28
million for the collection and turned it down. Then he put it on eBay and it
got a bogus $10 mil bid
and I'm not sure what happened after that. He may be legit but some of
these values he ascribes to
things seem highly inflated.
