Probably the cheapest is Sonic Laundry or Ray Gun, not very
effective IMO.
More epensive software is available but unless you are transfering
many LPs I can't imagine that it is cost justifiable. Dart Pro,
DCart, Sound Forge Noise Reduction plug-in, Cool Edit Pro. There are
many others.
Can you not just buy the CD? Much has been re-released that was once
on LP.
