To the extent that Columbia University Libraries has any written policies
about what and how to digitize materials, they are mounted on our web site
at http://www.columbia.edu/cu/libraries/digital/guidelines.html

We are still very much in the initial stages of policy and procedure
setting, and are still feeling our way about a lot of issues.  I'll be
very interested to see what sorts of guidelines you come up with.
