[PADG:1036] preservation photocopy vendors

We continue to explore the pricing, quality and timeliness of vendors who
can provide "preservation photocopies" of brittle library volumes.  We are
interested in gathering a list of vendors who can copy from oversized
volumes--larger than 18 in. x 24 in.  Booklab used to help us with this,
but alas, they are gone.  We've tried another vendor since then but we've
experienced unacceptable turn around times from them.  We hope to locate a
vendor for the oversized volumes that fill orders within 8-9 weeks or less.
