There are two options:

Go to http://lp-web.ala.org:8000/, register and subscribe to PADG; this option will also enable you to obtain the archives.

OR

Send a message to listproc@xxxxxxx with message

subscribe padg [your e-mail] [your name]

Hi,

Can someone send me information about subscribing to this list (PADG) ?  I am subscribing to it and want to tell someone else to subscribe but I don't have the information.  If you know if this list is archived and available on the web, I would appreciate information about that as well.
