[PADG:1175] mission statements

	I am interested in hearing from my colleagues whose Preservation 
Departments have formal mission statements.  I'd like to know how that 
statement relates to the mission statement of the broader organization in 
which you work.  For instance, if your program is part of technical 
services, how do the layers of statements fit together?  I'm also curious 
about the use to which you put your mission statement, and who the audience 
is.
