NYPL Research Libraries has been using the CoLibri system for well over
18months and we are very pleased with it.  For those going to ALA CoLibri
usually is there at the Bookbinding Systems booth.  Jim Long is their US
rep.

The CoLibri poly cover sealer can be used to make jacket capture wrappers.
The jacket is used as the CoLibri template and the installation, with
jacket on the book, is made with boards swung fully back. Duplicate marking

of both book spine and jacket spine is applied. The service is most
practical when marking is in preservation....or near the CoLibri.

A very small percentage of items can be selected for jacket retention.
Perhaps the best single selector point is with the bibliographer.
