[PADG:2042] PARS Attendance in Toronto

1)  Any cancellations need to be confirmed through the ALA offices so
that the room and any AV requests can be cancelled.  
2)  Attendance levels will obviously be affected, but there are people
who will be there.  

Resulting action items:

*** If you are a facilitator and are planning to cancel a session,
please first try to make arrangements for a substitute.
*** Please keep me informed of 
	a) the efforts and then 
	b) the final results.  
This way I can create a full list of changes and forward that
information to ALA and to PADG on an ongoing basis.

I am also interested in hearing from all committee members, DG chairs,
Liaisons, and even regular attendees who were originally planning to
attend, if you will not be going to Toronto.  Please send me a note
directly so that I can compile a list.  As action items and questions
come up at the conference it will be very helpful to know who not to
look for :)
