Whitney,
  That is what Yale is using and, if I'm remembering correctly, 
NYPL/Princeton/Columbia's facility.  [Evelyn, you would have that info at 
hand.]  The key thing to remember is that whatever the storage area is set 
at, the work area needs to be closely controlled also so that you are 
keeping the temp/RH in the work area within a range so that items coming 
out of the storage area do not form condensation.
