I have a suggestion regarding donor labeling:
Have a calligrapher or someone with neat handwriting inscribe the
donor name. Most calligrapher's do this kind of work on envelopes and
certificates and will do a name for a dollar or two. If you've got a
student worker with nice handwriting, you can assign this task to
them, thereby giving them practice and re-establish a long-standing,
low tech solution.
