I have yet to see a survey but if you want a more complete list of
attributes of deteriorated discs, try CCI's Technical Bulletin #27
"Remedies for Deteriorated or Damaged Modern Information
Carriers."

When and if you find any such assessment, would you please share with
PADG? I think this would be of great interest/use to us all.
