The ALA Annual 07 meeting for the RBMS Curators and
Conservators Discussion Group is scheduled for the
Burnham Room of the Grand Hyatt Hotel (H and 10th)
Saturday 23 June from 8-10am.  For once, this does not
conflict with PADG so I hope to see a good group of
early morning Preservation folk.
	
The topic for discussion this meeting will be
decision-making and priority setting on a budget.  For
a brief overview, see the Northeast Document
Conservation Center?s Preservation Leaflet number 1.4.
 Hopefully, by the end of the session, you will have a
better understanding of how to answer the following
questions;  How do you decide what to work on with
limited funds and/or limited staff time?  Who decides?
 What tools are out there to help make these
decisions?
