has joined our company as the Vice President of Library Services. As some
of you know, Jay Noyes who served our company, and more importantly our
customers, for more than 20 years, has recently retired. While no one can
replace Jay, we are certainly excited about the future that Brian brings to our
company. Brian has nearly 20 years of library binding and preservation
experience serving as a conservator and a preservation librarian at major
universities as well as working in the binding industry. His focus will
be on library binding sales and expanding our digitization and conservation
