[padg] writing for LTS
Dear Colleagues,
As your preservation representative on the Editorial Committee of
/Library Resources & Technical Services/ (/LRTS/), I urge you to keep in
mind the ongoing need for articles that document developments in
preservation. As you plan your Midwinter discussions and programs, and
think about sharing your latest activities there, please consider
writing for //LRTS. LRTS is the official journal of the Association
for Library Collections and Technical Services and has the purpose to
communicate thoughtful reflection on practice as well as research. Any
contribution will be considered that takes a critical approach to the
questions and problems facing libraries with regard to the following topics:
* collections (physical and electronic),
* preservation (including digitization),
* acquisitions (including economic elements of acquisition and
licensing),
* serials (in all media), and
* cataloging and classification (of all types of objects).
Please find instructions for authors at

Best wishes for the holidays,
Yvonne
