Thanks, Jeanne.  I'll ask Mark for one.  I dread doing that since I 
haven't done them since '94 & Yvonne wasn't here for last year.

Now if you had something that would make my taxes easy!

Will you be going to the Inauguration?  I've got some friends coming up 
from Richmond for it.  If we do make it to the mall, you're welcome to 
come huddle with us in the arctic freeze!  I'm doing the Poe 
Bicentennial events down in Richmond which go all weekend including the 
19th!
