THE NORTHEAST DOCUMENT CONSERVATION CENTER (NEDCC), ANDOVER,
MASSACHUSETTS, SEEKS A NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. NEDCC is an
internationally renowned organization providing specialized conservation
and preservation services to libraries, archives, historical
organizations, museums, and other institutions and individuals. 

THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR will be both a highly visible and articulate
advocate for conservation and preservation and an energetic leader who
will work with the Board to chart a course for the Center's strategic
development. Responsible for the programs, finances, and physical
operations of the organization, s/he will increase the Center's national
and international impact and standing and its fiscal well-being by
expanding and diversifying NEDCC's revenue streams and client base,
effectively managing the organization, and recruiting and supporting
knowledgeable and skilled staff.
