I have a copy as well. There's no connection between it and the "Top Ten" albums, which were strictly comedy (and which numbered only seven). There was also a "Breakfast in Hollywood" 3-disc album issued..I'd imagine these are from about 1946-47.

Just those first few notes alone conjure memories of that W. 150th street house in Klevetown staying over nite.
