I just bought an Olympia CD, used, in a flea market. It has a bunch of
Shostakovich pieces I lacked- incidental music, film music, short orchestral
pieces and the op. 110 Spanish Songs..
It says, "Produced by Olympia Compact Discs, LTD. Southwater, West Sussex.
RH13 7YT, England. Made in England by Disctronics (UK) Ltd."
"Recorded in the USSR by Melodiya. Released under license from Mezhderodnaya
Kniga"
Perhaps there's an additional Olympia label as well, but the above pretty
well nails this one.

Mike is right again! It seems Melodiya does still exist,even in a
post-Soviet world.I wonder if they are just limited to reissues of
historic recordings.I found this,
