The MICAT-L archives

The earliest subscribers to this list were referred to a file
named MICATARC.LST for information about the MICAT-L archives.
This file is now obsolete and is no longer available. The
equivalent information may be obtained by the mailserv commands
HELP and INDEX, as described in the message that you all should
have received in acknowledgement of your subscriptions.

Can Walter be coaxed into providing us with at least a sneak preview 
of the CoOL facility (which is intended to be the primary archive 
medium for MICAT-L material)?
